Brief Paperwork

Upon entering our office, our receptionist will greet and welcome you. Some brief paperwork will need to be filled out. The paperwork provides the doctor with general information and yourself and your condition.  

History

In order to determine what your actual problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition and your past medical history.

Exam

After the history, the doctor will perform a comprehensive physical exam including orthopedic and neurological examinations.

Report of Findings

After the history and exam, Dr. Dahl will give you a report of findings. The report of findings includes diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options.

Treatment

Patients will generally be provided with their first treatment at the conclusion of the visit. This may include chiropractic adjustments, physiotherapies, therapeutic exercises, and/or soft tissue techniques.

Lastly, you will be given a convenient appointment time for your next visit.

The Next Visit

The doctor will briefly re-evaluate you and your body's response to the previous treatment. Then the patient will receive treatment.
